Healthy Baked Turkey Meatball Recipe

Who love spaghetti and meatballs?! This recipe has lean Turkey and veggies in it for a healthier, heartier, flavorful turkey meatball!




1 Lb 93% Lean Ground Turkey

1/2 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs

1/4 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan (I’ve used Mozerella)

1 Large Egg

1 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil(optional)

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce(I used marinara spaghetti sauce)

3 Tbsp Italian Seasoning

2 1/2 Cups Lightly Packed Fresh Spinach chopped



Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into balls. Bake 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Assemble ingredients.

Add cheese , breadcrumbs, egg , sauce, seasonings.

Add coarsely chopped spinach.

Add Turkey.

Mix ingredients together.


Roll into 1 or 2 inch balls. You can use a small ice cream scooper or tablespoon to help with portions.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. This recipe made 14 meatballs for me.

Serve with sauce and pasta of choice and enjoy!
